Infrared Patching

Infrared Patching is a method used to repair localized areas of damaged or deteriorated   asphalt pavement. It involves using infrared technology to heat the existing asphalt surface, allowing for the removal and replacement of the damaged area without the need for complete pavement removal.

Seal Coating

Seal Coating serves as a preventative maintenance treatment aimed at safeguarding your asphalt and attracting business with its fresh appearance look.

The coatings are designed to protect the surface area from road chemicals such as gas and oil, the effects of water and cold weather, oxidation through ultraviolet rays and the wear and tear caused by vehicles. Sealcoating is a mixture of a tar/asphalt cement mixture that is applied in thin coats along the surface of the area being treated.

Mill and Overlay

Mill and Overlay is a budget-friendly repair and maintenance solution for your Asphalt. We suggest this option when the upper layers of your asphalt require repair, but the underlying layers remain in good condition. This usually happens due to environmental factors and aging over time.

Our skilled teams will visit your site, mill the damaged layers, and replace them with new, compacted layers. Depending on the extent of the damage, some areas can be repaired in a day, causing minimal disruption. To avoid the need for complete replacement or potential sublayer repairs, it's crucial to identify and address the damage before it affects the sublayers.

Pothole Repair

Pothole Repair is a process used to fix holes or depressions that develop in asphalt or concrete surfaces, typically on roads, driveways, or parking lots. Potholes are often caused by the wear and tear of the pavement, freeze-thaw cycles, heavy traffic loads, and the infiltration of water into the underlying layers.

Striping

Striping or Pavement Markings is essential for any paved surface. It promotes safety and regulates traffic flow. The pavement markings guide traffic and indicate specific areas for handicap parking, service vehicles, no parking zones, and pedestrian walkways.

Providing a marked lot with a bold or reflective paint will ensure the safety of both

drivers and pedestrians, attracting more visitors to your business.

CONCRETE SERVICES:

Asphalt Paving

Concrete is a strong, durable material that can be applied to any hard surface area in heavy weighted or high traffic areas.  With proper installation and maintenance, concrete can last 15-20 years, saving valuable resources of time and money. Concrete is used in a wide range of construction projects as well as public roadways and private or city sidewalks.  You can reinforce any project by adding steel bars (rebar) or fibers to improve the strength and minimize potential cracks. Concrete can be versatile when mixed with additional materials to speed up the drying process or provide a polished or stained finish.  Stamping the concrete with a textured look is also popular to achieve desired aesthetics.

Metro Pavers specializes in concrete flatwork ranging from sidewalks, curbs and gutters, entryways, ADA ramps, dumpster pads and some custom work.

Concrete Saw Cutting

Concrete Saw Cutting is the process of using a specialized saw to make precise

cuts in concrete or asphalt. It plays a significant role in the construction industry where modification, shaping or creation of openings to concrete structures is necessary to meet specific design and/or functional requirements. It is commonly used to create expansion joints allowing the concrete to expand with changes in the temperature. Saw Cutting is also used in the demolition of concrete structures due to the size of the machines and blades, making the removal process easier and faster.

Snow Removal

Snow Removal is a common challenge for many homeowners and businesses in areas with cold and snowy winters. Without the proper equipment, some businesses are not able to open after a snowstorm.  Using a snow Removal company will keep your business from unexpected closures and allow visitors to safely enter your parking lots. The safety of your employees is just as important and by using a professional crew to remove the snow, you will minimize the risks of injuries and workman's compensation claims.

Sweeping

Sweeping or cleaning your paved area provides many benefits to your paved surface, parking lot or business.  The appearance of your paved surfaces is the first impression people have when approached your retail, business, or commercial property and a clean crisp presentation is an inviting image. In addition to appearance, sweeping also helps extend the lifespan of your paved area by keeping it free from debris and chemicals.  It also promotes safety minimizing hazardous conditions for both pedestrians and drivers.
